Payment and Cancellation Policy:

At the time of booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
Payment in full is required no later than 5 days prior to the tour.
No refunds if cancellation is received 5 days or less prior to the tour.
Payments may be made in the form of PayPal or Cash.
In case you would like to cancel the tour:
from 10 to 6 days before the tour, we ask the payment of 50% (deposit);
from 5 to 0 days before the tour, we ask the entire payment (100%).

Prices and Information

We design tours for private and small parties. We charge minimum 65 euros per hour for up to 5 persons. Please contact us in case of larger parties and special requests.
Entrance fees and transportation are not included. For an additional fee, we can provide a private transportation service from your hotel to the city chosen for your visit. We normally meet our clients in the city center, but if you so desire we can meet you at your hotel if it is located downtown.
